Combining the cuisines of two distinct cultures can take our tongues on a culinary journey like no other.

The newly opened Uma Nota at Shangri-La The Fort, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig should invite food lovers to experience the Brazilian-Japanese combination with an open mind.

Coxinhas de frango.

Imagine the robust Brazilian flavor profile and delicate Japanese sensibilities. Take a premium Japanese product like the famous Wagyu beef and make it explode in taste like a vigorous dance.

The Red Flag.

Uma Nota is not just about taste adventure – it is also a feast for the senses. With its four “realms” giving diners a different vibe each time, every visit should be memorable.

An upscale dining area is called The Living Room, where a “Hanging Tree” installation should get your IG-ready phones out. The Bar, of course, is where you go for cocktails – don’t forget to order a caipirinha and the Kyoto Sour. Tropicalia is a big private dining room, while The Meiji Room depicts the Japanese culture, with its small private dining room.
