“I’m proud to represent my hometown, Bicol, through my music. I want people to hear my music. Being chosen for the RADAR program — not only will more people hear my music, I also get to showcase the culture of Bicol on a bigger platform,” dwta said.

I want people to remember me as an artist who is unafraid to be me. The RADAR program makes me look forward to more of what I can do as an artist),” Hev Abi added.
