Oops, she did it again!
We’re referring to Kathryn Bernardo’s older sister Kaye, who seemingly took a jab at Daniel Padilla.
“Hahahaha! Ang tagal kong nanahimik but this time, I cannot. After mo lokohin yung kapatid ko not even twice kundi multiple times tapos ngayon umaasa ka na babalik siya sayo? Ang kapal ng face mo ha. Unfairness, bagay nga kayo ni A.B. Haliparot + Cheater = perfect couple.”
That was stated in Kaye’s Instagram post, which cannot be accessed by many netizens as her account has the private setting on.
A few understood where Kaye was coming from.
“i like u ate… as in trueness mga sinabi mo. (What you said was true),” a fan said.
This was echoed by another fan who commented: “Kahit naman sino makapag salita Ng ganyan pag Kapatid na Ang inagrabyado no, kayo kaya lumagay sa Posisyon Ng Isang Kapatid na niloko at sinaktan. Kapatid .baka kayo unang kumahol.” (Whoever will talk like that when your sibling is aggrieved. You take the position of a sibling who was cheated on and hurt. Brother, you might be the one to bark).
But most netizens reacted violently to Kaye’s social media aria.
“ay sus ndi naman c perfecta ang kapatid mo madami p pwede mangyari sa kapatid mo kaya tama lng n ikaw ay manahimik na. pag madrehin mo n lng c kath para no issue. eh ngaun nabbasa mo ba at napapanood kung ano gingwa ng kapatid mo s social media oh diba kkbreak lang obvious may nanliligaw n agad at nagpapayakap pa….ano masasabi mo,” said one fan.
(Gosh, your sister is not perfect. There are so many things that can happen to your sister, so it’s right for you to be quiet. You convince Kath to be a nun so there would be no issue. Now do you read and watch what your sister is doing on social media? She has just broken up, but it’s obvious that she already has a suitor and allows herself to be embraced. What can you say?)
“Sana manahimik na lng ate ni kath, tahimik ln naman cla ni dj,oo sabihin nating ….hindi mawawala ang concern ng isang kapatid, ayaw masaktan, pero whats done is done, ayaw na din ni kath, kita naman shes enjoying her life as single, so move on na lng tayo ate, hindo talaga mawawala ang pain at yamot pagpalagi nating balikbalikan…lets look forward,” another fan said.

Four months ago, Kaye posted a cryptic message on Facebook with a reel that said: “We know what you did last summer.”
She captioned her post: “2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2023… and the very first one that I know (2014).”
Although Padilla’s name was not mentioned, netizens felt she was alluding to Bernardo’s ex-boyfriend.
Janus del Prado receives flak for Instagram aria
When It’s Showtime aired its inaugural episode on GMA-7’s free TV last Saturday, 6 April, it seemed that not everyone was happy.
One of them is actor Janus del Prado, who apparently took a jab at the transfer of the flagship noontime show to the Kapuso channel.
On Instagram, del Prado posted: “yung mga bumabatikos sa mga laminate dati, naglipatan na din ngayon lol. Kala ko ba hindi loyal ang mga lumilipat?”
That post had his IG followers reacting. Some sided with him, but many were against his aria.
“Wala naman binabanngit si idol kung sino ang lumipat ah,” said one fan. (He did not mention who transferred.)
“D sila lumipat (they did not transfer) they’re still under abscbn. Wag ganyan, wag sila Gawande ng issue (don’t be like that, don’t make an issue). No more station war kaya move on na tayo Jan,” one guy opined.
Out of exasperation perhaps, one guy said: “praying for you. Let’s spread peace instead of hatred.”
“Bitter naman to. Kaya wala ka na ngayon sa ere simula lumipat ka kasi greedy ka hahaha,” said another guy. (This guy’s bitter. That’s why you are not in the air because you’re greedy).
