Beautéderm founder and president Rhea Tan hosted a Chinese New Year party with celebrities at the Beautéderm Headquarters in Angeles City.

During the celebration, Tan shared her tips for success, while also celebrating the first anniversary of her seven-storey building. The said establishment houses her businesses — Beautéderm, BlancPro, Beauté Beanery, BeautéHaus and A-List Avenue.

She said, “Do the things you love with strength. And when success comes, make an impact. That’s our mission — to boost consumer confidence and give back to the community.”

The business magnate added, “Be consistent. Hindi madali ang magtayo ng negosyo (It’s not easy to build a business), but you have to show up and be consistent. Always listen to your gut and people that genuinely love and support you. Huwag magmadali (Don’t rush). It takes time.”

When asked about her own definition of success, she said, “When you see that the community you’re supporting thrives, I count that as personal success.”

The Beautéderm boss also gave the celebrity ambassadors and guests a building tour. Her cafe offers premium coffee, drinks and food items; BeautéHaus provides beauty services and treatments; and A-List Avenue sells authentic high-end brands and designer labels.

Tan’s beauty companies Beautéderm and BlancPro continue to dominate the market and plan to develop more safe and effective products for skincare junkies.

The skincare executive is also nominated at the 5th VP Choice Awards for Beauty Cosmetic Brand of the Year. Voting will start from 5 March to 5 April.
