Blackpink’s Lisa is set to join the cast for the third season of The White Lotus, Variety reported.

According to the report, the filming of the Emmy-awarded series will take place in Koh Samui, Phuket, and Bangkok in Thailand — the country where Lisa comes from.

The first edition of the series was filmed in Hawaii, while the second part was filmed on the pristine beaches of Sicily, Italy.

The Blackpink rapper will be joined by other Hollywood stars, including Leslie Bibb, Michelle Monaghan, Jason Isaac, Parker Posey and more.

Aside from Lisa, the series will feature other Thai stars, Dom Hetrakul, Lek Patravadi, and Tayme Thapthimthong.

HBO and Max CEO Casey Bloys said that the third season of White Lotus will likely come out by 2025, with the delays rooted in the Hollywood strikes of last year.

The details of the characters have yet to be revealed.

The White Lotus was directed, created, and written by Mike White. HBO, the production company behind the series, has partnered with the Tourism Authority of Thailand to support the filming further and promote its tourism.

Lisa is the second Blackpink member to venture into acting after Jennie, who acted with Lily Rose-Depp and The Weeknd for the HBO series The Idol.

Manoban recently launched her own label and management company, LLOUD, which will handle her music and entertainment projects.
