At least 36 projects under President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program are now in various stages of development and construction — proving that the flagship shelter program is on track.

The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development said the 36 projects are spread throughout Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

“These projects are proof of the full-blast rollout of Pambansang Pabahay. Dozens of projects are now in full swing nationwide,” DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar.

DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar, along with other DHSUD and San Rafael officials, presents to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. the scale model of the San Rafael housing project which features the use of PowerNEST and GEN-L technologies.

“In fact, in the coming months, we expect the delivery of actual housing units under our President’s flagship program. We are right on track,” he added.

Secretary Acuzar cited the all-out support to the 4PH of the DHSUD’s key shelter agencies (KSAs), namely, the Home Development Mutual Fund or Pag-IBIG Fund, the National Housing Authority, the Social Housing Finance Corporation and the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation.

“We could not have done this without the solid support and cooperation of the KSAs,” he stressed.

P350 million booster

Only on Wednesday did the Pag-IBIG Fund release almost a P350 million developmental loan to a private company implementing a township project under the 4PH Program in Nueva Ecija.
