Businessman Sonny Tanchanco recently celebrated his milestone 78th birthday at his eclectic Magallanes Village residence.

Hosted by his long-time partner John Gaddi, and surrounded by their immediate family, closest relatives and dear friends, the youthful celebrator was in high spirits as he scored another happy and successful year in the calendar. 

The couple’s best friend, San Francisco-based resident Louie Marco who recently came home for a brief vacation, joined the celebrating couple.

In attendance were the couple’s children, sons JP and Brian with wife Jade, and daughter Jonina. John’s Seattle-based sister Susan and husband Ray, New York doctors Francisco and Corge Reyes, Boeing executive Lou Domingo and wife Ron, the glamorous Diaz sisters, our first Ms. Universe Gloria and Coroy, Camel Awardee model Ping Valencia, Club Bulakeño president Emmy Gonzalez with fashion director Oskar Atendido and interior designer Tony Cajucom.

After dining on the sumptuous feast prepared by Via Mare everyone took to the dance floor and danced to the music of singer Maffy Soler-Da Roza and the Marcy David Band.
