The much-awaited annual tree lighting ceremony also featured special performances by Ballet Philippines with Douglas Nierra’s Powerdance Dancers.
Kicking off the festivities were Bloomberry president and chief operating officer Thomas Arasi, Parañaque Mayor Eric Olivarez and Bloomberry Resorts Corporation vice chairman for Construction and Regulatory Affairs Donato Almeda.
While Solaire has always been known for its grand floral centerpieces, the seasonal festive installations within the property have given this topnotch dining and entertainment destination a much brighter, welcoming vibe.
Must-sees are the Cadeaux small tree animation from Louis Vuitton, a cute Santa photo booth at Fresh presented by Coca-Cola, an enchanting Carousel situated at the Atrium and several entertainment stages for weekend activities to be held at the Shoppes at Solaire.

Specially curated menus for Christmas and New Year are available at the various dining outlets including Finestra, Yakumi, Red Lantern and Waterside.
Finestra’s set menu for Christmas and New Year’s Eve is highlighted by the Slow Cooked Veal, Mezze Maniche, US Striploin, Jerusalem Artichoke puree, Snapper Tartare and Caviar, Australian Rib-eye, Milk chocolate mousse, hazelnut cinnamon streusel, lemon crémeux and more in the options.
At Yakumi, guests can savor various set menus which feature Sake steamed prawn, toro and unagi sushi, US Prime beef strip loin, Braised ginger prawn, Duck breast sous vide, US Wagyu rib eye with Truffle teriyaki sauce, Gingerbread sponge, vanilla pannacotta and other dishes.
Meanwhile, Red Lantern’s Christmas and New Year’s Eve Dinner Set Menu includes a wide variety of appetizing meals including Wagyu beef tenderloin with egg yolk tart, Sous-vide smoky USDA beef tenderloin with garlic tomato chili sauce, Wok fried prawn with sweet and spicy sauce, and Baked orange swan puff stuffed with strawberry and sweet egg yolk among their menu selection.
You can also feast on delicious offerings at Waterside as they serve up Braised ginger prawn, sushi, Whole roast pork lechon, Crab agnolotti, Grilled Tajima wagyu rump, and more for their Christmas Eve, Christmas Brunch and Dinner, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day menu options.
