The Professional Regulatory Board for Real Estate Services is set to update officers and members of the National Real Estate Association Inc. on its newest policies and programs on 7 December at the Makati Sports Club, Makati City.
In a press statement, Ruth Marie Atienza, NREA national president, said gracing the said meeting as resource speaker will be Rafael Fajardo, PRBRES board member.
“This will cap our fruitful year. Fajardo is expected to discuss updates on PRBRES programs and policies,” said Atienza.
PRBRES was created by Republic Act 9646 Real Estate Service Act or the Act Regulating the Practice of Real Estate Service in the Philippines.
Also, after the presentation, NREA chairperson Imelda Magtoto said that the newly elected officers of NREA for 2024 will be introduced during the business meeting.
Among the officers elected were Imelda Magtoto, board chairlady; Ruth Marie Atienza, board vice chairlady; Red Rosales, national president; Ma. Lorena Sales, executive vice president; Jovi Francis Tupaz, vice president internal; Lawyer Ador Tolentino, vice president external; Zeny Fruto, vice president chapters; Loudette Carlos, secretary general; Nicole Choa, treasurer; Jeffrey Bongat, auditor and; Christian Mulingbayan, public relations officer.
Other officials to be named are trustees Rodolfo Leonen, also education chairman, as well as Flerida Atayde, Jonathan Caro, Alma Grace Sarra, Emelina Pulido and Dave Lubong.
Newly elected president Red Rosales will deliver a short message and will give a short preview of his plans and programs for the year 2024.
The awarding of NREA’s Best Chapter and Best Chapter president will happen at the same event and will also induct new members of NREA.
According to PRO Jeffrey Bongat, as part of the organization’s community social responsibility, they will also hand over the donation to the Smokey Mountain Foundation, as well as paint donations to the Department of Education courtesy of Davies Paints.
The event will also serve as a Christmas celebration for NREA members and friends, featuring socials and raffle prizes
