The 11th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards has recently recognized the best real estate developers in the country during its annual awards program.
Around 71 winners from the most exciting urban and provincial property markets earned golden statuettes across 65 categories at the program held last 22 September.
“The categories represented this year reflect that diversity in the market. The list of awardees include everything from affordable condominiums, branded residences, wellness and lifestyle developments to integrated work from home projects,” Jules Kay, PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards general manager, said.
The list of awardees was decided by an independent panel of expert judges consisting of Cyndy Tan Jarabata, chairperson of the Awards in the Philippines and president of TAJARA Leisure & Hospitality Group Inc.; Carlo Cordaro, president and CEO, Atelier A; Jaime A. Cura, vice chairman, The RGV Group of Companies; Jean Jacquelyn Nathania A. de Castro, CEO, ESCA Incorporated; Kathleen P.

The 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards grand final will be held on 8 December in Bangkok, Thailand.
