If there’s one thing that KathNiel fans were so happy about, it is that Daniel Padilla did not forget to acknowledge former reel and real partner Kathryn Bernardo during his recent contract signing with ABS-CBN.
In his short speech, Daniel thanked Kathryn for all the wonderful memories and for sharing his journey in showbiz.
“Siyempre, hindi ko puwedeng kalimutan si Kathryn. Maraming, maraming salamat Kathryn sa ating maraming taon na pinagsamahan. You know, hinding-hindi mawawala sa puso ko ang magaganda nating memories at ating mga adventures, journeys na pinagsamahan. Thank you very much (Of course, I cannot forget Kathryn. Thank you very much Kathryn for the many years of being together. You know, my heart will always carry all the beautiful memories and our adventures, journeys together. Thank you very much),” the actor said.
Padilla also did not forget to thank KathNiel fans who showed them tremendous support as a love team.
“Sa lahat ng taon ng pagsasama natin hinding-hindi mawawala sa puso ko at sa aking memories ang lahat ng ating pinagsamahan, ang ating mga journeys and adventures na ating pinagsamahan (All our years of being together will always stay in my heart and in my memories — all the memories of our togetherness, our journeys and the adventures we all went through),” he said.
“For me, wala pa ring fans club na makakatalo sa KathNiel. Sorry, but it’s true (For me, no other fan club can compare with KathNiel. Sorry, but it’s true),” he added.
Padilla’s message for Kathryn was welcome news for KathNiel fans as one said: “Good for him to acknowledge Kath. They really helped each other.”
“Isa lang talaga nakita ko sa sinabi mo mahal na mahal po pa rin si kath period! Wag ka susuko Deej for Kath (I only saw one thing in what you said, you still really love Kath, period. Don’t give up Deej, for Kath),” another fan said.
