Halloween is a season cherished for its creative costume transformations, and the talented celebrities of Sparkle GMA Artist Center did not disappoint when they descended upon XYLO at the Palace on Sunday, 22 October, to celebrate the Sparkle Spell Halloween Party 2023.

Under the theme “Fabulously Frightening,” Kapuso luminaries added their unique spooky twists and spine-tingling looks for this eerie yet sparkling night.

Here are some of the standout transformations that left everyone spellbound.

• The cast of Voltes V Legacy enchanted the evening, donning Tim Burton-inspired Alice in Wonderland characters.

• Derrick Monasterio stepped into the costume of Achilles by Ivor Jullian.

• Sanya Lopez brought a Pinoy comic character, Galema, to life.

• Christian Bautista became Gomez Addams for the night.

• Barbie Forteza embraced the role of Daenerys Targaryen, the Mother of Dragons.

• Joaquin Domagoso took on the persona of the Mister of Evil, becoming the Maleficent of the night.

• Kyline Alcantara ruled as the Night Queen, the icy leader of the White Walkers from Game of Thrones.

• Rayver Cruz and Julie Ann San Jose teamed up as Scooby Doo’s iconic duo, Fred and Daphne by another Ivor Jullian creation.

• Sofia Pablo and Allen Ansay mesmerized with their Zombie Barbie and Ken outfits by Mark Ranque.

• Jose Sarasola and Rodjun Cruz stepped into the shoes of the iconic Luigi and Mario.

• EA Guzman embodied the role of John Wick, bringing action to the Halloween party.

• Myrtle Sarrosa assumed the character Nilou with great poise.

• Liezel Lopez turned into the alluring Poison Ivy.

• Sassa Gurl provided a touch of eerie whimsy with a funeral flower standee costume styled by Ian Rey of Styling By Janrey.
