Bye, Disney+? BTS concert film ‘Yet to Come’ to debut on Prime Video

The concert film BTS: Yet to Come is set to premiere exclusively on Amazon-owned Prime Video on 9 November across a majority of territories.

It features 19 electrifying performances of BTS’s chart-topping hits like “Dynamite,” “Butter,” “RUN,” “MIC Drop” and “Yet to Come (The Most Beautiful Moment),” along with unforgettable moments and scenes from the K-pop powerhouse’s concert, including the mesmerizing stage design and a dazzling firework display.

The free concert was staged in Busan, South Korea, last October as the seven-member BTS lent their talents to support the city’s bid to host the 2030 World Expo.

The spectacular event at the Asiad Main Stadium drew an audience of approximately 50,000 people.

An additional 10,000 attendees in Busan and 2,000 at Haeundae enjoyed a live retransmission, while the concert was also broadcast on the fan platform Weverse, operated by Hybe, garnering a staggering 49 million viewers.

The concert film, later reedited and remixed as BTS Yet To Come In Cinemas, initially made its debut in limited theatrical screenings in January this year.

The production was a collaboration between HYBE, CJ 4DPlex and Trafalgar Releasing. This exclusive deal with Prime Video signifies a departure from BTS’s prior affiliation with Disney+.

The film is set to reach audiences in 240 countries and territories from 9 November, except for Japan where it will be available starting 1 December.
