A brilliant Christmas tree lighting ceremony heralded the official start of the holiday season in a joyous celebration that cast a warm, festive aura over Newport World Resorts.
Like a warm, festive blanket, the holiday spirit descended upon the resort, laying the groundwork for an incredible season filled with happiness and celebration.
At Newport Mall’s The Plaza, the centerpiece of the holiday extravaganza was a magnificent 30-foot Christmas tree that illuminated the entire property with a radiant glow. Adorned in an exquisite combination of crimson and gold, the tree inspired a riot of festivities, enthralling bystanders with its glowing allure.
Last 9 November saw a gathering of distinguished personalities, executives, and key representatives from Newport World Resorts’ international hotel brands.
The event was led by Newport World Resorts chairman Kevin L. Tan, accompanied by chief operating officer Hakan Dagtas, president and chief executive officer Kingson Sian, and guests of honor Pasay City Mayor Imelda Calixto-Rubiano and Pasay City Congressman Antonino Calixto.
Also present were Hilton Manila general manager John Lucas, Holiday Inn Express Manila GM Elpidio Beloso, Jr., Sheraton Manila GM Anna Vergara, Multi-Property VP for the Philippines and Marriott Hotel Manila GM Bruce Winton, Hotel Okura Manila GM Jan Marshall and Megaworld Lifestyle Malls vice president and head of Leasing for Key Accounts Lorence Aurelio.
