Nestled on the 27th floor of the prestigious 137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok in the vibrant Phrom Phong area, Nimitr Restaurant & Rooftop Bar prides itself on bringing together authentic Thai ingredients sourced from local farms. The seasonal menu features an array of savories and dessert selections. Highlights include the “Kathong Thong Dang Caviar” that showcases the exquisite taste of Royal Project Thai caviar perfectly combined with shell, offering a crispy texture from Krathong Thong Dang that complements its flavor profile. Additionally, the Hoi Obb Ma-praow consists of baked Surat Thani Thai oyster with coconut shreds, topped with a tom kha coconut cream sauce. Another standout dish is the Yam Sarai Goong Mae Namm, a spicy and sour Thai salad perfectly complemented by the Grape Seaweed served with river prawn. This dish is full of vitamins, nutrients and fibers.
