On 13 to 16 March, Solaire brings to the sophisticated public the delectable gastronomic experience from three Michelin-star chefs who will delight us with their culinary expertise.
For today, I proudly feature chef Cristina Bowerman of Italy who will be the star chef at Finestra.
What perfect timing as we celebrate International Women’s Month. Renowned for her culinary passion, chef Cristina Bowermen elevates the magic of cooking through her creativity and eye for detail. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts and a specialization in flavors concentration, chef Cristina relocated to Rome to become the chef patron at Glass Hostaria, a center for contemporary Italian cuisine. She held this post for 17 years. In 2010, she earned a prestigious Michelin star as Italy’s only female recipient for that year.
Chef Cristina will showcase her culinary prowess in a six-course dinner at the elegant Finestra. As a lover of fine Italian cuisine, I am so looking forward to her signature dishes starting with a modern twist on vitello tonnato, followed by a classic risotto a la meuniere and delightful Italian gyoza. She follows this with the mouthwatering marbled beef wagyu ribeye alongside the mulberry reduction, celery root terrine, hot garlic and oxtail foam. She tops these dishes with a splendid dessert pairing of popcorn and passion fruit dulce de leche, thus, ensuring a perfect finale to an unforgettable epicurean dinner.
Chef Cristina is so passionate about her culinary expertise that she promises the guests at Finestra that they will savor Italian dishes faithful to the tradition of fine, delicious food.
Let us book our tables now to be assured of a truly, unforgettable fine dining experience as we celebrate our womanhood. Let us feel truly proud of the culinary expertise of an innovative, creative and accomplished female Michelin chef. Thank you Solaire for giving us this opportunity to experience chef Cristina Bowerman’s fabulous cooking.
See you all at Finestra on 13 to 16 March!
