In a related development, the company signed a new collective bargaining agreement in November with the 94 Davao Holcim Employees and Workers Union members that will last until March 2025. This follows the company’s renewal of its CBA with the Holcim Davao Supervisory Independent Union in July.
Holcim Philippines president and chief executive officer Horia Adrian said: “Our engaged workforce makes our success in driving positive performance and impact possible. I am grateful for their passion and collaborative spirit to deliver even better business results and help build progress in our communities and the country.”
