Andrea Brillantes’ mom Belle Brillantes was recently compelled to answer a basher’s comment. It did not sit well with some netizens, and she got bashed some more.

A netizen asked Andrea’s mom how she raised her celebrity daughter, referencing the controversy Andrea finds herself in as allegedly the third party in the Daniel Padilla-Kathryn Bernardo break-up. “Paano? Napagtapos niya sa school ang mga kapatid niya, nakapagpagawa ng bahay, may sariling negosyo.  Ikaw, ano’ng ambag mo sa mundo (How? She sent her siblings to school, she built a house and has her own business. You, what have you contributed to the world)?” Belle retorted.

But bashers simply had a field day firing back.

“Ayieee, proud si mother na hindi nya ginampanan yung responsibilidad nya bilang magulang at pinasa sa batang anak (Ayiee, the mother is proud that she did not do her responsibility as a parent and passed it on to her daughter),” went one comment.

“Proud na proud na anak nya ‘yung tumayong nanay ng pamilya (So proud that her daughter acted as the mother of the family),” said another.

Never a good move, really, to respond to unknown people on the Internet.

Robb Guinto has her limits

Vivamax star Robb Guinto (despite the name, she’s a she) was all decency in her hosting job for the Real Robust Challenge Awards night recently, and looked stunning in her blue dress.

Even if she’s a sexy star, Guinto said it is her right not to do scenes that she feels are way too daring.

“Sinabi ko talaga sa Viva na no touching of boobs, no tongue kapag nagki-kiss,” Guinto said.

“Hindi naman porke naghuhubad kami, igo-go na naming lahat, na puwede na lahat.  Nagtatrabaho po kami nang maayos, so sana igalang nila ang desisyon namin (Just because we bare does not mean we will go
all-out, that everything is a go. We work in a professional way, so they have to respect our decision),” she said.

Among those she’s worked with, Guinto is all praises for Josef Elizalde and Joko Diaz who she said were very respective of her while doing sex scenes.
