A gastronomic feast, called “Welcome to a New Veggie-licious Era,” transformed the way parents approach feeding their kids healthfully. The event held in Taguig City officially launched the “I Love Veggie-licious Movement,” which aims to make vegetable dishes more delicious, especially for youngsters. Celebrity parent Marian Rivera-Dantes was the face of the event.
Marian, Zia and Sixto’s well-loved celebrity mom, gave a special food preparation display featuring her family’s favorite veggie recipes. Understanding how challenging it may be to make wholesome meals for children, she underlined the value of experimenting in the kitchen to produce tasty and nutritious dishes.
“As a mom, I know mealtimes can be challenging. What I do is experiment in the kitchen and try lots of ways to prepare vegetable dishes that are nutritious and yummy,” said Marian.
The Kapuso star wants to cultivate in children an appreciation for the wholesome food that their parents make by encouraging them to try out various dishes.
Recognizing the challenges parents have in guaranteeing the health and nutrition of their kids, Kazuki Kyoya of Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation stressed how Aji-Ginisa helps make vegetable dishes more appealing to children.
“Parents put a premium on their children’s health and nutrition, but feeding them veggies isn’t always an easy feat,” said Kyoya.
Parents can encourage their children to eat vegetables as a regular part of their meals by adding Aji-Ginisa to their dishes to give them more flavor.
The youngsters from the crowd, led by Marian’s daughter Zia, took the stage to make a commitment to love veggies during the “I Love Veggie-licious Pledge,” which was the event’s high point.
This dedication goes beyond the occasion, as parents and kids are invited to sign the pledge online by utilizing the “Pledge to I Love Veggie-licious” TikTok filter.
Ajinomoto promises to oversee a national feeding program for a chosen group of recipients for each 1,000 commitments.
