Parqal, a wordplay on “park” and “kalye” aptly embodies Aseana City’s livability, walkability and sustainability tenets. Sixty percent of its area is dedicated to lush green landscapes and recreational facilities. At the center of it lies a climate-protected linear park where visitors will find respite from Metro Manila’s ever-changing weather.
Parqal sits on five hectares of land stretching from Diokno Avenue to Macapagal Boulevard. It frames nine independent four-story buildings whose architecture has a modernized approach to the bahay-na-bato. Lower floors will host retail and F&B shops while the upper floors will be home to offices.
Visitors can now explore a variety of establishments at Parqal: Cafe Mary Grace, Dylan Gourmet Café, Dunkin’, A1 Shabu Shabu, Chachago, Soy Yummy, Sarabia Optical, Anthony’s Hair & Nails Studio, Open Source by BTB, Aquabest, Iconique, Akira Skin & Spa, Le Reale Muebles, Skinive Aesthetics and Wellness Spa, Security Bank, Levi’s, KidCo as well as The Marketplace.
Parqal has a dedicated station in the Aseana City Loop, facilitating convenient public transport to and from the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange and Mall of Asia through Aseana City. In the future, Parqal will be connected to an elevated walkway network connecting major thoroughfares and establishments in the estate, including the upcoming Aseana City—Redemptorist LRT Station.
Parqal was designed and constructed to meet the rigorous certification requirements of the Philippine Green Building Council’s Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence, which has stringent criteria on energy consumption, GHG emissions, water consumption and waste generation. Parqal is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. every Monday to Wednesday and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursdays to Sundays.
