Philippine Cancer Society’s Best Dressed Women of the Philippines 2023

Angola Honorary Consul Helen Ong recently received the Legacy Award from the Board of Trustees of the Best Dressed Women of the Philippines. The award recognized her outstanding service as chairman of the Best Dressed Women of the Philippines since its founding in 2003. Through this annual selection, Consul Ong raised millions of pesos for the Philippine Cancer Society.
