Furthering its smart-living and lifestyle-enhancing design, the Riverpark’s master plan integrates rivers, streams and natural waterways, which are retained as the basis of multi-functional corridors and a 2.6 km long Central Park that will serve as a pedestrian pathway. 

Federal Land and the General Trias, Cavite local government unveiled its distinctive entry signage facing the Open Canal Interchange. 

“This goes beyond the marking of this new development. This is a testament to the shared vision for a better and more connected community,” said Tom Mirasol, president and chief executive officer of Federal Land. 

Federal Land also opened its first community attraction, the
1.8-km Riverpark Trail, which is highly accessible via major thoroughfares and within 40 minutes from Metro Manila via SLEX, MCX, or CAVITEX.

Riverpark’s other development is Yume, a 296-lot property that fuses Filipino creativity with Japanese expertise.

Riverpark is near Daang-Hari Extension and is directly connected to the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX).
