The Miss Grand Philippines Organization, under the leadership of national director Arnold Vegafria, recently announced its partnership with RDM Talent and Pageant Circuit, led by chairman and president Ramon Fernandez, vice president Macky Alonzo and business manager and treasurer Derrick Quijano Manuel, as the local franchise holder for Olongapo City and the provinces of Zambales and Bataan.
