Luxurious condo living with a majestic view

HARAYA Residences, Pasig City.

Going a notch above high-end and all the way to luxurious condo living — yes, there’s a distinction — makes a whole lot of difference in elevating comfort, convenience and overall experience.

Take, for instance, Haraya Residences, a creation of the combined expertise of property development giants Shang Properties Inc. and Robinsons Land Corporation known as Shang Robinsons Properties, Inc.

ONE bedroom suite

Haraya Residences brings together the finest architects, designers and artisans to ultimately offer an uncompromising new perspective on cosmopolitan living. It is a vertical two-tower gated village located at the heart of Bridgetowne Estate, an expansive land area in Pasig City that offers a majestic view of the Sierra Madre on one side and the sweeping cityscape on the other side. Of course, the imposing The Victor art installation in the estate cannot be missed, too.

“We just launched the condo last February,” Julius Caesar Sigaya, property specialist 2 of Shang Robinsons Properties Inc., told DAILY TRIBUNE during a recent visit to the site. “Ngayon (Now), approximately 30 to 40 percent sold na kami.”

That’s quite impressive, considering that the planned 66-storey property is set to be ready for occupancy starting in the third quarter to 2028. The first phase is a 558-unit residential development of topnotch one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and penthouse suites. There will be only 10 units on every floor and eight elevators.

“The elevator has an almost one-is-to-one ratio,” Sigaya pointed out. “It has six common elevators, one service elevator and one private elevator for the three-bedroom units.” Meaning, residents will not only get to and from their units as fast as they can but, most importantly, they will have more privacy and convenience.

Haraya Residences is home to a suite of world-class amenities, including a beautifully designed tropical pool, breathtaking gardenscape and well-appointed private event rooms. It’s also geared towards mixed-use, so there will be office spaces, a retail area, possibly a mall and even a hotel. Parking won’t be a problem, though, as there will be plenty of slots at the podium area.

As in other Shang Properties, after-sales, like property management, will be handled by another branch of the company to ensure maintenance of the development project and guarantee peace of mind for the unit owners.

“We have a good track record, like the Shang Properties in Ortigas,” Sigaya said. “Currently, wala namang reklamo (there are no complaints). Majority of our buyers are loyal buyers.”
