Via a social media post, Poe shared her involvement in the Hollywood indie film Bad Man which has recently wrapped production.

“So happy to finally announce being part of Bad Man. Can’t wait to share more about this amazing film with an even more amazing cast!” she wrote in the caption.

‘BAD Man’ is Lovi Poe’s third international film. She was also cast in ‘The Chelsea Cowboy’ and ‘My Sister’s Bones.’

Poe shared that filming the movie was the reason she had been in Alabama.

Bad Man actors include Seann William Scott (American Pie), Johnny Simmons (The Perks of Being a Wallflower), Rob Riggle (21 Jump Street), Chance Perdomo (After We Fell), and Andre Hyland (Barry).

Inspired by a true story, Bad Man follows a wild man state cop who shows up in a small town with a drug problem. He immediately butts heads with a strait-laced local deputy while solving a murder case.

Bad Man marks the feature directorial debut of Michael Diliberti, writer of the Sony movie 30 Minutes or Less which featured Danny McBride, Jesse Eisenberg, Michael Pena, and Aziz Ansari, with Ben Stiller producing.

Bad Man producers are Warner Davis and Todd Friedman for Hemlock Circle Productions, Brian Levy for Entertainment 360, Poe’s husband Monty Blencowe and Shaun Sanghani for SSS Entertainment.

Poe was cast in two other Hollywood films, The Chelsea Cowboy and My Sister’s Bones. Both have yet to be released.
