Liza Soberano joining K-pop stars in new ‘Hwaiting’ podcast

Dive Studios, known for its podcasts featuring English-speaking K-pop artists, revealed on Tuesday that Filipino-American actress Liza Soberano is set to grace the upcoming season of the online sensation Hwaiting.

The buzz started on X (formerly Twitter) when DIVE Studios shared a promotional poster declaring, “Your favorite show is BACK! Get ready for the most exciting season of HWAITING yet!”

Aside from Soberano, those taking center stage in the latest show are charismatic soloist Eric Nam, JinJin from the boy group ASTRO, dynamic duo Jacob and Kevin from The Boyz, and Nancy (formerly of the girl group Momoland).

DIVE Studios is keeping fans on their toes by withholding the premiere date for the highly-awaited fourth season of Hwaiting.

For those unfamiliar with the show, Hwaiting is an engaging web series where hosts participate in a series of entertaining games.

This isn’t Soberano’s first encounter with DIVE Studios. The actress had previously made a splashy guest appearance in the studio’s podcast “Get Real.”
