Dining favorites to reopen, better than ever

For those who have missed their beloved dining destinations at Shangri-La Plaza good news: these restaurants are going to be back at the mall soon — this time in new and exciting locations throughout the Shang.

Indulge French-inspired comfort food at La Creperie, now expanding with its very own store at Level 2. The café is a celebration of all things indulgent and flavorful complete with a menu carrying everything, from sweet mango Nutella crepes and ratatouille-based galettes to slow-cooked chicken in red wine and tender pan-seared salmon.

Watch out for a steady rotation of classic Filipino fare at Via Mare as it opens its doors at The Ledge on Level 6, Main Wing soon. A household name for Filipino recipes done right, the restaurant offers can’t-miss takes on soups like sinigang and bulalo, main courses such as kare-kare and rellenong bangus, and merienda delights like pancit luglog, and of course, its signature bibingka galapong with Laguna cheese and salted duck egg.

Sit back and relax as Cafe Lyon pairs a warm, cozy atmosphere with a hearty collection of Filipino-French comfort food in its new location soon at Level 1, North Wing situated right beside delightful cake and bake shop Bake House and flavor-forward burger joint Raging Bull Burgers. Get to enjoy the bestselling grilled porkchop with its own cream of pumpkin, and the unique spicy longganisa pasta that combines the garlicky flavor of the Filipino-style sausage with aioli sauce and roasted bell pepper tossed in spaghetti. Or find quick meals with its selections of gourmet sandwiches, crepes and quiches, desserts and cakes and coffee creations.

Healthy Shabu-Shabu is all set to make its Shang comeback also at The Ledge on Level 6. Savor Japanese-style hot pot best shared with loved ones with their new wagyu set that promises buttery, melt-in-your-mouth beef and other meat selections and even some seafood spreads that are all rounded out with the resto’s famous shabu-shabu sauce, vegetables, house-made broth and special dipping sauce and spices.

Wine Story has restarted operations at Level 1 (near OWNDAYS). It’s long been known for bringing in the very best wines especially those from the finest French vineyards in Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne. The luxury wine retailer’s new location promises an immersive experience that’s as distinguished as their collection with regular tastings and special events.
