DHSUD has so far issued 642 licenses to sell, safeguarding homebuyers and overseeing 15,839 accredited real estate sellers in 2023.

The department has monitored 24,571 HOAs nationwide and facilitated comprehensive land use plans for 754 local government units.

Last year, DHSUD organized the first Philippine Urban Development Forum post-pandemic. It recorded the largest face-to-face gathering of urban development stakeholders post-Covid-19 pandemic.

The two-day PhUF was attended in person by more than a thousand stakeholders, tackling measures to address simple to complex challenges that the urban development sector is facing.
