The photo has since gone viral; it was captured in what appears to be an airport in Japan.

What followed were rumors romantically linking them together, although it seems that there’s nothing more to the video than what it shows.

Netizens had diverse reactions when the video appeared on a popular website.

Putol nmn ung video. Parang sinadyang putulin para palabasin na magkasama talga kesa nagkasabay lang (The video is cut. It seems deliberately edited to make it appear that they are really together rather than just coincidentally being present in the same place),” one fan observed.

Another fan commented: “Ilabas na ksi ung bf nya nang matapos na (Bring out her boyfriend to end everything).”

Kung yan lang ang video, kulang ang ebidensyang may something sa kanila (If that’s the only video, there’s insufficient evidence suggesting there’s something between them),” said another fan.

Remember that Alawi revealed in an interview that she’s seeing a non-showbiz guy whom she did not name for his privacy.

“I’m seeing someone. I’m happy. My heart is happy,” said Alawi in an interview with Bea Alonzo.

Many scenes featuring Maris Racal and Anthony Jennings went viral. The actor remembered feeling nervous during their first scene together in Can’t Buy Me Love.

Alam n’yo ‘yung eksenang nahulog siya at sasaluhin ko siya?  Iyon ang unang eksena ko sa kanya. So, kabadong-kabado ako. Si Maris ito, eh. Paano ko gagawin ito? Sabi ni direk, ‘saluhin mo lang tapos ibalibag mo.’ Ha? Actually, natuwa naman siya sa eksena (You know the scene where she falls and I catch her? That was my first scene with her. So, I was really nervous. This is Maris, you know. How will I do this? The director said, ‘Just catch her and then throw her.’ Huh? Actually, she was happy with the scene),” he said in a recent interview.

Si Maris, magaling siya. Sobrang sarap niya kaeksena. Magaling siyang kabatuhan ng lines. Nape-pressure nga ako minsan, eh. Hindi siya nagba-buckle (Maris, she’s great. She’s such a pleasure to work with. She’s really good at delivering lines. Sometimes, I feel pressured, but she never buckles),” he added.

Jennings is happy that his laid-back days are over. Now, he has his hands full with activities.

“Actually, kukunin ko ang opportunity na ito para magpasalamat sa lahat. Ang daming nagbago in a good way. May mga raket na ako.  Dati, tambay lang ako sa bahay, eh, playing Playstation buong araw. Ngayon,
lagi na akong nasa labas, may
pictorial na ako (Actually, I’ll take this opportunity to express my gratitude to everyone. A lot has changed in a good way. I have several gigs now. Before, I used to just hang out at home, playing Playstation all day. But now, I’m always out, I even have photoshoots),” he said.
