DMCI Homes is positioning Tuba, Benguet, as an emerging tourist destination with its latest leisure development in the southernmost part of the Cordillera Administrative Region that captures the authenticity of a mountain resort.

The eco-agri mountain resort condotel aims to establish a tourist resort in Benguet, which will also serve as an architectural starting point for the region’s development. Tuba is a first-class municipality accessible via Marcos Highway. Yap said the property developer seeks to embrace the region’s natural beauty while integrating modern comforts seamlessly in the upcoming development. DMCI Homes plans to incorporate flower beds into the property to capture the ambiance of a mountain resort authentically.

DMCI Homes will eye the launch of its second property under the sub-brand DMCI Homes Leisure Residences by the second quarter of 2024. It hopes to replicate the success of Solmera Coast in San Juan, Batangas, the only tropical Asian-inspired beach park condotel in the municipality. 

Launched in August 2023, Solmera offers a range of amenities, including a pool complex, game area, gym, restaurants, and a convention center spread over a land area spanning 7.5 hectares.
