Cashing in on the popularity of her gluta-drip act in the Senate office of her husband Senator Robin Padilla, Mariel Rodriguez went on a live selling session as the gluta drip that she is endorsing went on sale.
Rodriguez’s announcement came on her social media account.
“At dahil trending tayo…halikaaaaa makisali sa tiktok sale.” (And because we’re trending…come on, let’s join in the Tiktok sale.)
“Because Trending ako!!! Mag sale tayo sa tiktok!!! 6 p.m.!!! Super sale!!!”
Those were her two messages on her social media account.
During the live selling, Rodriguez explained that she was at the Senate because of the Eddie Garcia Bill that just passed on the third reading. She said she was proud of her husband for working so hard just so the Eddie Garcia Bill would get a nod.
Since it was already 8 p.m., she decided to do her gluta drip inside her husband’s office. And she posted it on her social media account.
To her surprise, many reacted negatively on her post. This baffled her no end as she did not inject herself with prohibited drugs or whatever.
“Bakit ko ’yan ginagawa? It is for health reasons. Kailangan po naglalagay tayo ng bitamina sa ating katawan (Why did I do that? It was for health reasons. We should put vitamins into our body),” she said in her live-selling video on TikTok.
She claimed that the gluta drip is good for her body as she doesn’t get sick and her resistance to diseases is great.
And since there were so many who reacted negatively on her post, Rodriguez decided to take it down “in respect to those I offended.”
Janella Salvador still a Kapamilya
Actress Janella Salvador recently signed an exclusive contract with ABS-CBN, making her still a Kapamilya.
In a short speech she gave at the contract signing, Salvador said she’s “so thankful and glad that we did not let each other go.”
“With the shutdown, and with me getting pregnant, I was getting so many… Let’s just say [that] the people around me were very scared for me and with some people still believing that getting pregnant is career suicide and all of that,” she said.
“People around me were really nervous for me, but I’m so thankful and glad that we did not let each other go. We’re still here. I stood up for you and you stood up for me and I’m very, very thankful for that. Thank you for being… thank you for standing up for me,” she added.
Theater actors did it in perfumed garden
Libido knows no boundaries and when it strikes, it spares no one. One’s sense of decency flies out of the window each and every time one succumbs to it.
Such is the case of two theater actors who attended a party. The younger actor was already setting his eyes on the more seasoned straight-acting actor. Like an opportunistic predator, he seized the moment when the seasoned actor was already drunk.
The younger theater actor followed the more senior actor to the garden not to feel some air but to release some pent-up fantasy. And while there, the two initially exchanged pleasantries until the younger actor made a not-so-subtle move of engaging with the elder actor physically.
And so the saying “pag may alak, may balak (if there’s an alcoholic drink, there’s a plan)” was consummated. The younger actor was more than brave enough to sit on top of the elder actor.
