Celebrate Chinese New Year in style with executive Chinese chef Wang Wei Qing’s Emerald, Jade, Gold and Diamond set menus. Dishes include crispy tiger prawn with fruits, baked almond in Osmanthus sauce, pan-fried mushroom stuffed shrimp paste and celery, sautéed Wagyu beef tender cubes with mushrooms and the Atlantic smoked salmon yee sang.

Canton Road also offers its exquisite nian gao treasure boxes, crafted to ring in a year of prosperity and abundance. The boxes feature culinary delights in four flavors and two variants: Prosperity Box (coconut milk fish-shaped nian gao, ube and pandan red coconut sugar with almond nuts nian gao), radish cake and taro cake) and Double Happiness Box (coconut milk fish-shaped nian gao, ube and pandan red coconut sugar with almond nuts and radish cake).
