DMCI Homes marked a milestone with the completion of Lana, the second building of its resort-inspired condominium Satori Residences. Move-ins were accepted starting 31 August.
Two of the five buildings of Satori Residences are now ready-for-occupancy. Hacana, the first building, was turned over to unit owners in February 2023. Construction of the three other buildings, namely, Rahu, Amani and Yasu, are in full swing. Rahu is set for turnover in February 2024, while both Amani and Yasu are scheduled for turnover in August 2024.
Satori Residences, strategically located on F. Pasco Avenue in Santolan, Pasig City, is near the Santolan station of LRT-2. The development is also accessible to business districts like Eastwood and Ortigas, as well as educational institutions U.P. Diliman and Ateneo de Manila University.
Satori Residences has an array of resort-style amenities: Lounge areas, swimming pools, landscaped atriums, jogging paths, gazebos, a game area, basketball court, audio-visual room, fitness gym, function hall, picnic grove and children’s play area.
Central to Satori Residences’ appeal is its distinct architectural design and Neo-Asian minimalist theme. All five of its buildings incorporate DMCI Homes’ innovative Lumiventt Design Technology, leveraging three-story high sky patios, garden atriums and single-loaded hallways to optimize natural light and fresh air. Its units, meanwhile, range from 27.5 to 78 square meters with an average price of P5.4 million.
Satori Residences is just one of the developments of DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A real estate developer behind the resort-inspired communities in Mega Manila, Baguio City, Boracay and Davao City. Each of its properties is built with world-standard craftsmanship borne from D.M. Consunji Inc.’s over 60 years of expertise in the construction and development industry.
